A game entry through this site is an enquiry until confirmed. A valid prize claim is agreed once we've verified your score, confirmed the prize and timing in writing.
We run a limited number of special events and tournaments each season. If we cannot accommodate a challenge or cannot schedule it in time, we'll let you know upfront rather than accept it.
Prize values and entry fees are confirmed before you play, and some tournaments require a deposit to reserve your spot. Final settlement is due before prizes are claimed.
Our prize wheel, spin wheel and game machines vary slightly in wear and display. Photographs cannot capture every detail. These natural variations are part of the authentic arcade experience, not defects.
We prepare and ship each prize once it's ready and verified. If your prize arrives damaged, notify us within 5 days and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Custom prizes ordered for your specific event cannot be returned unless faulty, since they were made exclusively for you.

We stand behind every prize we award and every game we run. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll make it right. We're not liable for damage from normal wear, misuse, or accidents during play.
