This page explains what we keep when you use the site or write to us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a message or ask about a commission, we keep what you have typed: your name, your email address and the details of your request.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
Chat logs and messages from your visits are kept while you're here and for a short time after. Records linked to your prize claims or game scores are stored longer so we can verify wins and process rewards correctly.
We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the payment processors and venue partners who help us run SpinCity, and only what they need to do their part.
Only staff who need access to your data can see it, and all information sent through this site travels through encrypted channels.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll confirm the change within 7 days.
